Vintage MCM Long Lashed Kitsch Cat Figurine Smash Bank Wishes Prayer Keeper

This is a vintage cat smash bank. These banks were popular back when instant gratification wasn't a thing, your savings were kept in this bank until there was a time when it was needed, and then the bank was destroyed "smashed" to get the money out. A great way to teach the importance of savings to a child.  It is a glazed white ceramic with a glossy finish and with gold embellishment paint. This smash bank could also serve as a secrets keeper, a wish box, or a prayer keeper.
Bank is in great condition...no chips or cracks, no fleabites. Some slight crazing and slight paint loss throughout. Size is 4.5 inches tall and 3 inches across at its widest body point.
