    Description

    This is a very nice set of cast iron machine age bases or legs from an early Singer Sewing Machine Co. model 12 treadle base. They are an unusual pair of Singer legs as the top is elongated or raised some to accomadate the cabinet that was installed on this model. They are sometimes called the "Butterfly" style  and they have what looks like rams heads on the top. They each measure aprox. 28 1/2" high x 19" wide at the bottom x 14 1/4" wide at the top, there are mounting holes along the top edge and have pad feet on the bottom. They are in good condition with no breaks or repairs.
