Darling vintage Takahashi Victorian blue house coin bank Japan San Francisco.
The bank's rubber plug fits snugly. There is a small chip of paint missing on the corner of the back as well as on the front of the piece, both are pictures.  This bank would make a fantastic keepsake and has wonderful coloration that would make a wonderful mantle piece.
