Description

Offered for auction are these 4 ornate cast iron and wood melodeon, square piano, or desk legs.  Cast iron "knees" are done in a fine grape and leaf design and have screw holes to attach to the legs and also the furniture the legs will support.   The soft wood legs (species unknown) are in the cabriole design and have a very energetic whorl at the bottom of the legs ending in a thick pad foot.  Someone has already started to clean the old finish off both the legs and the metal, so most of your refinishing work has been done for you.  Th existing screws are lost so new ones will be required.
Legs are 23" long and the width of the cast iron is 12"
