    Description

    Up for auction 4 antique brass items for old brass and iron beds:
    This listing includes 2 antique brass balls for old bed posts. The smaller one, which might have been on a twin size or baby bed, definitely shows wear (dents) but sometimes that’s the look you might want. It measures 2” tall by 1.5” at widest point. The threaded opening looks to be .25”. The larger brass ball measures 2.25” tall by 1.75” at widest point. It has some minor shallow dents.
    Also included are hard to find round decorative circles. They are a matched pair and are 2.75” wide. Each one has 3 openings. One is larger at .25” and opens to both sides of circle. Two are tiny at what appears to be slightly less than 1/8th of an inch and they are only open on one side. One of the circles has a small dent.

    We have been listing lots of brass bed parts that have been packed for 20+ years after closing our antique business. We restored lots of brass and iron beds in the 1970’s so ended up with lots of random pieces.
